Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

ADULT HOCKEY PROGRAMS

Once the season begins, registration fees are generally non-refundable and will not be prorated for missed sessions. In cases of a long-term illness or injury that prevents participation in a significant portion of the remaining season, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund will take into account sessions already attended, the drop-in rate, and costs already committed by the program. Refunds are not available for individual missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, vacations, or other personal circumstances. All refund decisions are at the discretion of Nelson Hockey Association.
